What is FCA Outdoors?
The purpose of FCA Outdoors is to create longevity for the leaders in the Willamette Valley and beyond. This happens by developing relationships through shared experiences such as adventure and reflection to sustain their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Healthy ministers lead to healthy ministries, and healthy ministries lead to more coaches and athletes growing in their walk with the Lord. This all comes together through hospitality experiences. By serving the servant, and leading the leader into a space of adventure and connection, they are able to go and serve in their ministries with a renewed passion.

Experiences
These adventures are about more than just catching a fish or climbing a mountain. They are shared experiences that build relationships past surface level. These opportunities provide space to connect with God in a refreshing way outside of the normal day to day routine.

Behind the oars
Colten moved to Oregon the summer of 2023, with his wife Lauren, to start FCA outdoors in the Willamette Valley. He grew up with a passion for the outdoors that has led him to utilize that passion for what God has called him to do: serve the servant, shepherd the shepherd, and lead the leader. He has now spent most of his adult life combining the outdoors and ministry. Colten specializes in fly fishing, but is always game for any sort of outdoor adventure.
